45th General Conference in Dresden

“Diaconal Engagement in a Changing World” is the title of the 45th Kaiserswerth General Conference, which will take place in Dresden on June 26 and 27, 2025. The keynote speakers are Prof. Dr. Jan Skudlarek from Berlin “In search of a new we” and Dr. Jenni Spännäri from Helsinki “The revolutionary power of compassion: Wise organizations of and for a compassionate world”.

In addition, other speakers and successful practical examples from the member organizations will show how innovations in diaconia can be designed for the future. The Ev.-Luth. Diakonissenanstalt Dresden will host the event and provide insights into its impressive diaconal work.
